Dalian Hi-Think Technology, Corp. is one of China' s top 100 software companies and the second-largest software exporter. This comprehensive self-use software park includes office buildings, restaurants, apartments, and recreational facilities, and features a data center with the highest security level (T4). The project employs the Smart-Cloud Building system and integrates photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems for smart, green, and environmentally friendly operation. It won the Excellent Building Award in 2016 and was rated as a green building by the China Electronics Engineering Design Institute in 2017. It has obtained ISO9000 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO27000 information security management system certifications.
The Housing Group provides comprehensive smart operation, ETS enterprise services, and park management services for this project, making it a typical case of providing high-standard complex services and creating high-tech smart operation capabilities.
