TIANHE DIGITAL INDUSTRIAL PARK
A model for digital industry development in Tianjin.
The park focuses on big data, cloud computing, internet services, and integrated circuits. It hosts prominent institutions and leading companies like the National Super computing Center of Tianjin, Tencent Group' s Ultra-large-scale Data Center in North China, and Vanchip (Tianjin) Tech. Relying on the once fastest "Tianhe-1" supercomputer, it provides high-performance computing, cloud computing, big data, AI, and other advanced IT services for Chinese research institutes, universities, and key enterprises.
Since the opening of the Park in 2009, Housing Group has been providing industrial investment, industrial services, comprehensive operation management, and facility management for the "Tianhe-2" supercomputer room. In April 2024, a public REITs (Tianjin' s first) including the park as a key underlying asset was officially approved.
