National-Level Development Zone and National Industry-City Integration Demonstration Zone


Since being upgraded to a national-level economic and technological development zone in March 2013 and recognized as a national industry-city integration demonstration zone in September 2016, it has formed a "One Zone, Four Parks" model. This includes the core area of the economic and technological development zone, the Beichen Science Park of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, the Land Port Logistics Equipment Industrial Park, and the Medical Device Industrial Park. It is a leading economic area with a national-level economic and technological development zone, a national independent innovation demonstration zone, and a national press and publication equipment industrial park.
In 2016, the Housing Group formed a joint venture with the Beichen Development Area Management Committee to jointly manage state-owned assets, including projects like the Beichen District Business Center and the SinoEuropean Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The Housing Group provides industrial services, investment promotion, and comprehensive operation management services for the projects.
