XIWANG TOWER
A Landmark of Urban Commerce in Dalian' s Century-Old CBD
The Xiwang Tower is located on the main thoroughfare of Zhongshan Road in Dalian, adjacent to the century-old Qingniwa CBD, surrounded by major financial institutions and five-star hotels. The project' s architectural design was led by the globally renowned architectural firm Yamasaki Associates, whose founder Minoru Yamasaki was the chief designer of the original World Trade Center in New York. The land- scape design was crafted by veteran architects from Pan-Asia International, who also designed Hong Kong Disneyland. The Xiwang Tower received the prestigious "Excellent Building Award of Liaoning Province" and was the first office building in Northeast China to achieve the LEED Platinum certification for Building Operations and Maintenance.
The Housing Group took over the comprehensive operation management of the building at the end of 2023.
